One thing I'm drinking green tea using only Splenda sweetener, eat eat raw fruit or fresh frozen vegetables in different ways, not retained as no added salt added salt can only come from the seasonings and hot sauce is only used as another has antioxidants from tea and use pure cocoa adds nothing, then I have a grain so far as to eat only natural air popcorn Corn is not added butter or fat, I have a form of calcium and protein and calcium from soy milk silk light vanilla soy have those too and then eat natural peanut butter or nuts for my fat. tell me what you think and also trident gum to clean teeth lol, but I say good or not

sounds good … have what appears to be a good balance of foods. do not forget to add some nuts, vegetables, etc., but stay away from the SPLENDA! you Keep away from any artificial sweetener. failure? is made by man! If you have to sweeten its green tea, then I suggest you use raw nectar organic agave, which can be purchased at your local health food store. we have replaced the sugar with this natural sweetener and use it to sweeten tea or as a "dressing" for our fruits.
