Wedding Pen Set

I forged my husband's name in the letter to get our wedding rings bent. IDENTITY THEFT IS ?!?!?
We had a lot of situations financial emergency happening at the same time, so we took our package for him and I some much needed extra money some months ago. Well, he is out of town right now, and I called and found out we were on the verge of losing the rings. Not be back until the first week of September, but we lost like August 23, so with your consent, I wrote a letter, forged his name, and took him to the pawn shop and paid our rings shutdown. They noted my DL # and other data in a red pen though. It kind of scared me. My husband and I are working our marriage because we had a lot of issues in the past. Is it possible for him (if he gets me on the line) to use what I did to try to make me guilty of identity theft?!?! Would they believe if I told them that he said he can and should do to get our rings for sale? I'm kind of scared. I refuse to kiss ass, but he has mentioned in the form of joke (joke, but maybe not) he could count. HELP!
I seriously doubt that would be in trouble, but since you brought (just kidding or not) made him sign a note that gave permisson and then put it in a safe place just in case.
