Cake Stand Plates

Does anyone have information on Milk Glass Westmoreland Ring & Petal plate model could be the bottom in one piece?

I have a plate of 8 1 / 4 "in diameter and can not find anything that relates to it. The only samples I've seen bowls and cake stands. It is characterized Westmoreland at the bottom.
