Chain Wedding Favors

Finding a way to package loose tea for wedding favors – nice bags? Tea balls or tea? Can you help?

I am buying tea in bulk for my favors at my wedding, and I need a way to package. I've looked at dances and tea bags, and I think the balls of tea would be better, because we can use again and again. But I need help finding some that are nice looking, not just some ball at the end of a string. Can you help me find the tea ball or tea that are elegant or Celtic theme? Or maybe you know where to find another nice package for tea. Bonus: if you find the owners of the cheap tea bag (after the tea is ready) I'd love to know! (Celtic themes, as before) could add (Jen) that the reception will to be a tea. Less than 15 people will attend, and most are very close to the family, which has a history of Ireland and almost all who drink tea regularly. Therefore, the other thing I was thinking, maybe just a really cheap tea strainer, and I can find charms to put the end of it? Trouble find cheap though …
