How can I get a refund from a company or website that is not responding to calls or e-mails?

I asked some wedding products (book visits, pen, toasting glasses, joint service, ring bearer pillow, the league, etc) www.allweddingproducts.com. I placed this order on July 17. I tried to get contact the site many times, by phone (always to leave messages) and e-mail to tell them to cancel my order and I'd like to be a refund of the amount they took from my checking account (paid by Debit MasterCard). They took the money (over $ 200) by July 21. My order is now the "process". I know that these issues will be sent to me because WeddingStar interrupt line (Wish pure white butterfly). I was able to contact and obtain WeddingStar answer. What now? Should I send a certified letter to the address listed on the website? I want my money back! I do not think they should have I never charged before shipping items (or check to see if they were in stock!) I have left 3 messages and e-mail to 5 times.

First, call your bank and see what you can do with the charge in dispute there because you cancel the order. Second, try to communicate with the Better Business Bureau in the state in which they find in Third, do not stop calling me and e-mail until I received a response. Good luck to you.
