Pulling off a breakfast at Tiffanys wedding theme?

Im using blue-brown-ivory color scheme. Im going for an early morning wedding in June. venue is the country with class and there will be about 300 guests. Im thinking of a buffet brunch. Any ideas on a menu? Any ideas on how decorate the tables? I have my mind set on a simple fix, but I want to add elements for a breakfast table, like a butter dish glass and the like. What do you suggest suitable for the table that will serve this and where can I buy in bulk? All ideas welcome anything!
