I want chocolate hearts for my bomboniere help please?

Hello everyone I'm having the hearts of chocolate for my wedding favors (to be organza bags) and bought some molds and want to try to make sweets, but I do not know how. If anyone knows a recipe how to make chocolate that I can put in a cast and ensemble, which would be much appreciated. Thanks heaps!

Do not make the chocolate, it's too hard and you really have to work to improve the recipe. Why not just buy good quality melting chocolate and use it. You can get this information from cake decorating shops, sometimes the supermarket had more luxury brands and Cadbury. You need a pan with warm water and a bowl on top it with chocolate in it. The chocolate melts then just spoon into the molds. Place in the refrigerator and leave until set (see the chocolate a bit away from the mold when slightly spiral). Touch and tap the mold to get the heart out on a bit of wax paper. Touch them as little as possible, their fingerprints will show. Do not let the water is hot (on low heat or higher) as "burn" the chocolate and make it go hard while it melts, you can still use, but their hearts will be smooth and soft to touch the mold to leave a time.
