Ideas for centerpieces without glass or candles?

I'm getting married on a boat, so you can not have objects of glass or candles. I am looking for any idea which could be un-expensive (I'm spending a lot of this wedding already!) I need 12 in total. My best idea is far different colored orchids in plastic pots (My flower is purple orchids, it would be hard to beat) Thank you =)

I would say that the flowers and flowers around Pettler do so that seems to fill? tuff call but worth it when u want what they want u.
